Memory Full While Trying to Connect To SQL Server 2000 Stored Proc With OLEDB

I have a Crystal 8 rpt that is connected to an SQL Server 2000 Stored
Procedure.  It works fine on my development pc but not on the server.
On the server I get "memory full".  Thru OLEDB I can connect to tables
but not stored procedures.  The error occurs directly after selecting
the desired stored procedure.

The server does not and should not need the SQL Server driver as the
database is on another server.

Any ideas?
