 CreateReportOnRuntimeDS from VB yields File Not Found in Win98 and XP

I pass in a disconnected ADO RS, and the path where I want the RPT file
saved and I get File Not Found error. Works fine in Windows 2000, but not
Windows 98 or XP.

Any suggestions?
