page header and detail lines don't print until the second page.  First
page has all white space between report header and page footer.  I am
using Crystal 6.0 with a Sybase 11 stored procedure.

In the sections, you have "new page after" chceckbox clicked. Hence, once
the report header is printed, it starts a new page. You can uncheck it.

I don't have "new page after" checked anywhere that I can find.  However,
there are a couple of things checked (new page before - for header ; keep
together - for page header and footer; new page after - for page footer) that
are greyed out - I  can't deselect them

there must be something else.
