I've got a couple of questions regarding the CRViewer in CRW 7.0.

I've got a webpage in which I programatically invoke the viewer.  If I try
to print a report without first previewing it, I'm not getting any output.
Does the viewer require me to preview a report before printing it?

Also, when I attempt to print the report, I'm always getting the printer
selection dialog, even though I've created the report to utilize the default
printer.  Is there some way to force the CRViewer to utilize the default
printer, rather than prompting the user each time the report is printed?
