Crystal Report Developer
Location: Home office in Phoenix area is ok - Corp headquarters is in
Scottsdale/PV area.

Either full-time or contract position
Compensation: Flexible depends upon experience.

We are looking for a talented individual to work on contract or to
join our Engineering team in the key role of Crystal Report Developer.
In this role your responsibilities will be threefold:
Developing report design standards for new MS Win 95/NT software
applications.
Designing, developing and testing reports using Crystal Reports as
well as maintaining existing reports for current clients.
Developing a robust reporting framework for one of our new products.
The framework will be used both for internal development and customer
extensions to the application.  

Technically, the successful candidate will possess:
 SQL skills to be used in developing high-performance views
upon which report designs are based.
A minimum 2 years of experience designing reports using Crystal
Reports with up-to-date experience using Crystal.
Programming skills using either VB or an object-oriented
language such as Visual C++ helpful.

In this position, you will be working with other software engineers,
and to deliver a complete and robust reporting solution for this
unique software application.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are a
important for the successful candidate.
