 Double-entries with CrossTab report

I am trying to make a report that list employee number and their occupation
code on the left and across the top are the days of the month. Problem -
Crystal Reports wants to put in TWO entries for every employee and
occupation code. Like this:

Employee No.    Occ.Code    || 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ...
23                        345                    8 8    8  8
23                        345                    8 8    8  8

You see - even though the information is EXACTLY the same, for some reason
the CrossTab report wants to put a second entry in. Other than sizing the
second entry to almost nothing and "tricking" Crystal Reports - what can I
do?

Thanks,

Erin Nursey
