 Need Crystal Reports Sample File - CRAZE.MDB -- Help

I bought the book "Crystal Reports for Dummies"  which uses  the
sample file, CRAZE.MDB,  that comes loaded with Crystal 5.0.  Since, I
am working with Crystal 4.5, I  need someone to help me out by sending
the sample file in Crystal 5.0 .   This would really help and would be
appreciated.
