Since upgrading VB5 to SP3, any OCX that I build using VB5 will work only
on Windows NT.  The controls can be compiled into a CAB file and used on
html pages on either Windows 95 or NT.  The problem is that any events that
the control raises to the VBScript on the html page, are not processed by
the html page.  The control will install and its public functions and subs
work fine, but it either does not raise events properly.

Again, on Windows NT the controls work perfectly - this problem is only on
Windows 95 and seems to be on machines with OEM OSR2 (although I am still
trying to verify this).

I have a similar issue. My FTP app using the inet ocx works fine on
any NT machine, but never works on 95. It always times out.
