Could anyone know why ActiveX control
embedded into web page (except for security
reasons) would not show on one computer
while showing on another.

Basically, I figured that the computer not
showing ActiveX control in IE does not
even download it locally. (I am almost
positive that is not related to the version
of IE it works with IE5.0 and IE6.0 nicely
on many computers, and then it does not
work on a few)

Usually you need a runtime license for your own activex control. VB shipps
a tool call lpk.exe which can help you to make a license for your own
control. You can find this tool in the VB or VS cd, run this tool and you
can output a .lpk license file. Add this file to your web page and this way
the control can be downloaded at any computers.
