Webbrowser control generates GPF when used in a activex document

I'm using the IE5 WebBrowser Control in a activex document. This active
document uses IE5 as a container. When I quit the IE5 application it crashes
and drags all the other opened IE5:s along with it!

I use:
VB 6.0 SP3
IE 5.00.2014.02.16.IC
Windows NT 4.00.1381 (SP4)

Steps to recreate problem:

1. Create a ActiveX document dll

2. Add Microsoft Internet Controls component to the project (Should show a
globe icon in the toolbox).
Place a WebBrowser on the UserDocument1 form.

3. Add the two events UserDocument_Initialize and UserDocument_Terminate.
Add a debug.print  row in these events.

4. Show the Immediate window (press Ctrl+g). Run the dll. You will notice
thate the userdocument has fired a Initialize event.

5. Stop the userdocument by closing the IE5 and stop VB. Notice that the
UserDocument didn't fire the Terminate Event!
    This will cause the GPF!

I've also tried this procedure in an ordinary standard exe, the problem
dosen't seem to occure there.
This is a bug isn't it?

Does anybody know a workaround to the problem?

Thanks In Advance!
