 Changing HTML Wallpaper for Active Desktop

Does anyone know how to change HTML Active Desktop wallpaper from VB6?

Have successfully used SystemParametersInfo to change standard BMP wallpaper
but no luck with changing to HMTL.

I would presume this would be done in two steps

1.  Set desktop to Active Desktop
2.  Change HTML wallpaper file

Any clues or code anyone???
