 Running VB program compiled with IE 4 on machine running IE 5

I have a Visual Basic program that works great with IE 4. It was compiled
using IE 4. I
recently tested it with IE 5 and it appears to work fine until the program
quits and then I get an unreferrenced memory error. Has anybody encountered
a similar problem? Any insights are very welcome.

thanks,
