 Webbrowser Object in AX control

I've made an AX-control with a webbrowser embedded in VB6, and its to be
used in IE.

Here's my question:
When users download this AX-controller, and install it, does the user need
to have VB libraries installed??

And why is it that AX-controls developed in C++ are so big in size (Approx.
120), while AX-controls in VB are about 20 kb.
