Thats generally a indication of an error in your code.  Set a few break
points to see how far you can get before it pops.

It runs fine on my PC or any PC with VB installed, the problem occurs after
I distributed it and called the htm that was created by the setup utility.
I think it is having problems dealing with the Sheridan Grid Control in the
cab file. I have gotten a new cab from Sheridan (ssdatb32.cab), but am not
sure yet how to distribute it with my cab or htm.
