 Using MSHTML without UI in Visual Basic

First of all, major kudos to anyone that helps me figure
this out!  I've searched high and low and have not found
anything on this.

In the third paragraph of the following MSDN article
( http://www.*-*-*.com/
url=/workshop/browser/hosting/hosting.asp) Microsoft
states:

"You can also use MSHTML without UI activation to make use
of the MSHTML ability to parse HTML. By loading HTML, you
can use the object model to access the underlying HTML and
modify any elements."

They then refer to a C++ program to get this done.  Has
anyone figured out a way of accomplishing the same thing
in Visual Basic?
