I have 7 cols in each row. When I select a particular row , all the columns turn to blue color except the 1st col. Why ? What is the work around solution ? Thanks

First Col is not highlighted when select

If you're using the MSFlex grid control, take a look at the FocusRect Property. If you set it to 'Never' or 'None' (Can't remember off hand), The whole row will be highlighted.
