 Running a Control in IE - just a small empty square

Hi
I wrote an activex control and tried to run it in IE after I packed (and
sign it) it with P&D Wizard.
it can run on my machine;
but on other machine, it download the package, install without error, but it
shown only a small empty box in IE...

what happened?
please help....
