 Controlling Controls During Run-Time

A question from a VB newbie:

Is it possible to copy a common control (e.g. OptionButton,
CheckBox, TextBox, Frame) from a Form and place the copy
elsewhere on the same Form, or on another Form, during program
execution?  Can this be done and have the original control set
and copy control set operate independantly of each other?
If so, how is this accomplished?

Can one copy a container (i.e. Frame) and have it take all of its
contents with it?
