 VB Form1.Webbrowser1 Event Handling

I have a program and I am using a HTML Form for registration.

I haven't develop the server for receving the data yet, so I need to handle
the submit action within my program.

My form contains a WebBrowser1 which opens the HTML form.

I have trial and error and I have not been able to program it to handle the
form button click.
