Calling the Custom Autofilter from within VB

How can we call the Custom AutoFilter (looks like a built-in xldialog box)
from within VBA. We have a situation that would be perfectly resolved by
this item, but cannot find it in our searches nor thru ph calls to MS
support. The box appears when you click on the arrow key(s) while in
Autofilter and Choose the Custom  option.
If not available then perhaps a pause that allows the user to click and
choose the option before continuing the application. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
