Use Timer control (check the mailbox every 5 minutes)
Use MAPI OCX control for reading the mail.

Subject = fax number
Message = blank (doc or xls attachment)

Any FAX OCX ?
Anyone have any idea after reading the mail how can I automate a FAX that
would fax the attachment
to a fax number.

If you are going to use MAPI then what you can do is in the SUBJECT you have
to have the following:

This will use microsoft FAX to fax the attatchment to 5559378.
Remember to strip local dialing code in fax number.
