I've got a multi-line text box set up in a VB6, SP3 project.  I've changed
the BackColor to  nice pale-yellow that the user thinks is "just great".

The problem is, the top third of the text box has remained the same default
color, but the bottom two-thirds of the text box are the right color.  Does
anyone have an idea of what is going on here?
