 RAS Control

I recently downloaded an ActiveX control called VFRas from activex.com.
It is a freeware control that works very well at abstracting the RAS
features of Win95/NT...on my machine. You see, I can't get this control
to register on any other machine. One other thing that struck me as
strange is that the OCX file is exactly 32768 bytes.

Has anyone else tried to use this control? Does anyone have any idea why
a control would register on one Win95 machine and not another?

Thanks in advance.

 RAS Control

Joe,

I've download it too and have the same program size.
Try to register the control manually regsvr32 vfras1.ocx on the other
machine before starting your app.

 RAS Control

Johan,

Thanks for the reply. I tried regocx32 and regsvr32 with no luck. I'm
currently evaluating the Mabry RAS control. Looks promising. Not
freeware, but I think I can swallow the $20.  :)
