Help!

I've been working on an ActiveX control, as I build it I test it on my
machine or fellow developers machine's.  After developing for a while
I tried it on someone else's machine and the control won't show up.
But it appears to download correctly.  The control will appear and run
properly on any machine that has VB installed.  Also, if I pull out
all the DBGrid's then it will show up.  I fiddled with the .INF file,
I've replaced files on my machine, I've installed both service packs.
nothing.

Any body have any ideas?  This bug is killin me.
