Help, I've lost my components.

 Help, I've lost my components.

I've done something to generate the following error message.
"System Error 8H80004002. No such interface supported."  I have rich text box
controls on a few of my forms.  (VB5.0 enterprise edition).

I have been running with this version of VB and my software for well over a
year with no problems.  Today my printer flaked out so, I bought an Epson 440
and loaded the drivers and software.

I don't know if removeing the old driver software for my hp660cse created the
problem.
I also ran REGCLEAN (off the VB 5.0 CD) after removeing the printer software.

If anyone knows how to get me out of this I would appreciate the help.  When I
add the richtx32.ocx component and click ok,( "components" under project menu),
I get the above error.

Teri Rippeon

PS I've tried reinstalling VB5.0 and this didn't solve the problem.

Strangely enough, I have the answer to this sitting on my desk.

Look at MicroSoft KnowledgeBase Article ID Q183370

Good luck,  Bill
