I want the buttons on my toolbar to be a specific size, and for some reason
the toolbar started automatically resizing my buttons.  I can't save the
size I want in the properties window and I also have trouble changing it at
run time.  This just started and it's driving me crazy.  Anyone ever dealt
with this before?  Have I accidentally changed some crucial property?
