Creating Tables in Access 2000 using SQL Text files

I am building a DLL of sorts in Visual Basic 6 that will utilize tables
created for many different types of databases (i.e. Oracle, Access2000,
Sybase, Interbase, etc.).

These tables have been created  using SQL text files.  I want to be able to
test the creation of these files using Access2000. Is there a way to create
these tables/databases using a command line within Visual Basic 6
(Programmically create the tables)

Thanks in advance.
