The PDW, as written, doesn't prompt for password... but, you can create one
that does by modifying the source found in... <drive>:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB98\Wizards\PDWizard\Setup1 and using that
instead. For a cheap, quick solution though, you might want to consider
WinZip's Self Extractor (stand alone). You can create password protected
self-extractors that, after extracting, launches your setup.exe.. it's
around $50.00
