I have a coolbar that contains 3 bands. I've made the coolbar
in fixed order, but I would like to lock the coolbar, so that it cannot be
changed using mouse pointer. I would like it to be locked as the coolbars in
Internet Explorer that we can lock the toolbars. How can I do it?
