My VB 5 application on win 95 is working perfectly on one PC but on copying
it on another PC and trying to use it design mode, I am getting the
following run time error:-

Run-Time Error '429'
License info for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate
license
to use this functionality in the design environment.

This problem is coming because the applications is using THREED32.OCX and
GRID32.OCX even though I have this OCX in my PC in c:\windows\system .

You can't simply copy a 3rd-party control to a different system and
expect it work without encountering a licensing issue during design
time.

When the control is installed, the design time license is merged into
the Registry by the Visual Basic setup. Without the design time
license you *will* receive the error you are getting.
