Combinations?

On my handheld calculator there is a function called Combinations. It
showed me that there are 45 possible combinations of two numbers in the
numbers 1 thru 10. It also shows that there are 2,598,960 possible
combinations of 5 numbers in 1 thru 52 (for you 5 card stud aficionados)
Anyone know how to figure combinations in VB?
Thanks,
s
