VB32 caused an invalid page fault in module V32.DLL

I have just started using Visual Basic 4.0 and get the following message
shortly after VB4 starts to load in 32 bit mode:

"VB32 caused an invalid page fault in module Kernel32.dll".

When I run in 16 bit mode I do not get this problem.  I have checked
Microsoft KB and updates as well as searched Dejanews.  I am running a
Pentium 166 with 32mb.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks.

Try downloading the latest KERNEL32.DLL upgrade from www.microsoft.com. It
fixes memory leaks when using win sockets, and appears to have cured the
same VB problem on my system here.

Hope this helps.
