Dimensions of GIF and JPG from files
What I ended up doing is to actually load the GIF or JPG in a Picture Box
(you could conceivably make it invisible) & reading the measurements of the
picture box itself. Since I wanted the height & width to be in pixels, I had
to set the form's scalemode to pixels as well as the picture box's
scalemode.
