I have just install VB 5.0 Professional version.  When I try to open Books
Online... from the Help menu, a runtime error occurred.

Run-time error "429":
ActiveX Component can't create object.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?  I 've tried reinstalled VB 5.0 again and
it still give me the same message.
