
need admin rights to add controls
Joe,
Not familiar with your exact issue, but I have seen problems with VB6 when
the installation is done under the Admin profile, and then a different
profile signs on to use the software. Various registry keys not migrated to
the new Current User settings, I believe.
If the software is re-installed whilst authenticated as the User themselves
these problems normally sort themselves out.
