Does exist any control that permit to show a list of pictures preview like
the Paint Shop browse ?

I'd like to browse directories in a 32x32 (or bigger) picture list, like
icons in listView, but in true color.

Any idea ?

I've done picture previews with image controls with Stretch=True.  You can
have an array of image controls that size themselves based on the image
loaded and stretch to the desired thumbnail size.  This is somewhat limited
however because the full image still has to load, so if you are previewing
a lot of images it could be quite slow.
