 Mouse controlled cut/paste with Text Boxes in VBA

In VBA for access 97, how can I implement mouse-controlled cut and
paste among several text boxes? What I want to accomplish is something similar
to the was that MS Word allows highlighting and dragging of selected text
within a document?
