
Finding IP addresses for use in Winsock

Instead of using millions of controls, wouldn't it be much more effecient to
just use a few WinSock functions to find them? After all, isn't this what
IPBandit does? This'll reduce the size of your program and leave one less
thing to go wrong.
Oh err, I'm crossposting to 2 M$ NG's here, and with one of my WinErr
taglines... run away, run away! :)

"ie.exe" is already in memory - reverting to that.
