New York consulting firm is seeking Software Design and Development
professionals for multi-year, international project.  Both Senior
level and Junior level candidates are needed.  Senior level candidates
would have 5 - 10 years experience building large scale business
systems, with several years in financial services distributed systems,
or in OLE/COM/ActiveX infrastructure design and construction.

We are searching for candidates with the following skill sets:
    Transaction Processing
    Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
    Relational Databases
    Messaging
    Component Software Design & Construction

We are particularly interested in the following Microsoft Windows NT
development and deployment tools:
    NT 3.51 and 4.0
    Visual Basic 4 or VB5
    Visual C++ 4.x
    OLE/COM/ActiveX Internals (especially automation and controls)
    MS SQL Server 6.x
    Internet Information Server
    Exchange
    Systems Management Server
    Microsoft Transaction Server ("Viper")
    Microsoft Messaging Server ("Falcon")

In addition to this technical background, the candidate must possess
good communications skills and a professional customer-driven
attitude.
