I have a licensed copy of VB Studio 6 Professional with SP3, and when
I tried to add the dbgrid32.ocx component to a form, Visual Basic gave
an error about no license. It appears to be a control from VB 5 which
was updated with the VB 5 service pack 3.  I never had VB 5, and
started fresh with VB 6.

I see a file on the MS website which updates licenses for VB 6
controls, and this executable does not solve my problem.  This may be
because there is a slicker and faster control out there in version 6
(?).
