I am getting this error "Object Server not correctly registered" when I try
to access the Custom Control menu option.  It usually popped up once, but it
still allowed me to get into the dialog.

I found a document on MS's support page referring to this issue, it
suggested removing a CLSID key or using REGCLEAN.  I tried running Regclean,
but now when I select Custom Controls, that message repeatedly pops up and
the dialog never shows, like an infinite loop.  I have to "End Task" to get
rid of it.

Any suggestions?  I am not looking forward to wiping the hard drive and
reinstalling everything.
