 WinSock Control & Windows NT Problem

 WinSock Control & Windows NT Problem

OS - Windows NT(sp 3)
At design time when I try to open form that has WinSock control on it, the
VB just closes itself.
It does same thing when I try to create EXE file.
Anyone bumped into the same problem?
Please help
