 Help on MDI Parent form's menu

Hi,
1. Is it possible to negotiate MDI Parent form's menu with the MDI child
form's menu. Whenever I activate MDI chid form, Its menu overwrites the
MDI parent form's menu. I just need both the Parent and child menu to
appear I activate the Child form.

2. How do I store image files like (CAD or ORCAD diagram) in any
database and how can I access that image from VB.
