When VSI scans a VB project for dependencies, VSI believes that there
is a dependency file called '3'. In project >> References I can see that
some dll's on my system are listed with paths like this:
C:\WINNT\System32\VBScript.dll\3
C:\WINNT\System32\MSVBVM60.DLL\3

What is this?
