 Modify the proxy server setting of the dial-up connection

I have tried to develop a VB or VC program to modify the proxy settings of the
dial-up connection setting (under the Internet Options -> Connections) in
Windows XP. I have found that there are some RSOP WMI classes but it seems that
it is read-only. Does anyone have some sample codes or pointers on how to tackle
the issues in VB or VC ?
