I have some project which refences to Transaction Server Type Library
(mtxas.dll).
I win 2000 there is no such dll. Msdn says old references to Transaction
Server Type Library will be changed to "Com+ Services Type Library". But
when I open my projects and look at references, it says "Missing:Transaction
Server Type...". Ofcourse I can change the refences by hand, but I shouldn
change such options. Why doesnt this works automatically as Msdn says.??

if i understand you right, it's look for two different dlls, the old one is
mtxas.dll and the new one is COMSVS.dll.  The dlls will be found if they are
the same name and the GUID hasn't changed, but that is not the case here,
both have changed.
