 Question about background processing Please Help

Hello I'm fairly new at the programming game so forgive me if this is a dumb
question but, I'm trying to run a macro for a telnet like application called
Extra! PC through Visual Basic 6.0 while at the same time having a small graphic
so that the user knows that the computer has not froze.  However I can't seem to
get both to go at the same time.  Here is what I'm trying to do with my pictures
so that it is moving:
pic.Picture = LoadPicture("C:\paul1.bmp")
pic.Picture = LoadPicture("C:\paul2.bmp")
If anyone can give me any advice I'd really appreciate it.

                                                Thanks,
                                                 Paul

 Question about background processing Please Help
I am not exactly sure what you are trying to do, but the DoEvents command
should help you.  Just add it between your loadpicture methods.  You can
look it up in the MSDN for what it does and how to use it.

Good luck,
Kevin
