 MDI w/ Visual Controls Bug

Using VB.NET RELEASE

New Project
Two Forms - Form1, Form2

Set Form1 "IsMdiContainer" Property=TRUE

Drop a 3rd Party, visual control onto Form2

In Form1 button click or menu select do this -

     dim FormFoo As New Form2()

     FormFoo.MdiParent = Me

     FormFoo.Show()

     FormFoo = Nothing

Run the App.

Execute the above code.  You will get a 'live' FormFoo and
a 'shadow' FormFoo drawn underneath the real form.  Drag
the 'live' form around an erase the shadow form.

Very ugly.

I did this w/ several 3rd party controls that ship w/ Dev
Studio .NET
