Eg. 4 Bedroom Double Brick house on a 1/4 acre block round about 5 minutes from the city (and about 15 minutes from the best beaches in the Aus), will cost you about 200,000 to 250,000 Aus$.......... I must admit I am a bit biased.... I love the place... Even though I have been in Sydney for the last 9 years.
