 Iinternet Explorer Page Fault

I have developed a dll .VBD document that run a .dll in internet explorer.  It
access and updates a remote SQL database.  Everything is good until you close
internet explorer, then the following error appears: Please Help!

IEXPLORE caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVBVM60.DLL at 0177:660b761b.

Wow, I met sombody today who actually used VBD's
